MEDA offers a number of customized and comprehensive services at the Newton office.

MEDA clients can expect to meet with a licensed clinician to receive an evaluation of their eating issues, investigate options for treatment, and receive a treatment plan including referrals. Clients will receive referrals to MEDA approved professionals based on philosophies, geographic location, and insurance requirements to create an individualized treatment team just for them.

Connect to Recovery (CTR) Groups:

• Young Adult Eating Concerns Group for clients 18-25 years old (Intake required to join group)
• Adult Anorexia/Bulimia Group for clients 25 years old and above (Intake required to join group)
• Adult Bulimia / Binge Eating Disorder Group for clients 25 years old and above (Intake required to join group)
• Teens with Eating Disorders Group (Intake required to join group)
• CARE Group for loved one's (No Intake required to join)

Open Forum:

• Hope and Inspiration - A free drop-in group for anyone interested. Meets the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 11:00AM. A recovered person shares his/her story of recovery from an eating disorder. The next H&I meeting is February 3rd from 10:00-11:00AM (Speaker begins promptly at 10).
