Coaching Sessions

This one-hour session is designed for family and friends of an individual with an eating disorder.

Those that request a coaching session will meet with a licensed eating disorder specialist and investigate the issues and struggles with regards to the loved one's eating disorder.

A coaching session provides a customized treatment plan and referrals, education about eating disorders, directions on how to connect with services, and guidance on the "do's" and "don'ts" of helping.

If you would like to schedule a coaching session or learn more information, please call 617-558-1881 extension 22.
