Expressive therapy can be a powerful tool for exploring complex emotions and themes that are often present in the lives of people with eating disorders. This group combines art-making with other creative approaches such an visualization, photography, creative writing (poetry), rhythm, and selected drama exercises. Each session will have a creative check-in, artistic project, discussion, and closing exercise. No experience in the arts is required.
Groups will be facilitated by Dorothy Anderson-Perales, LICSW, CAGS
Thursdays: 6:15pm - 7:45pm
October 7th - December 16th (excluding Thanksgiving)
Price: $350 for 10 weeks
