Professional Membership
If you are a treatment provider with experience in treating eating disorders, you can apply for a Professional Referral Membership which includes the opportunity to receive referrals from our assessment/consultation services and to have your name on our website list of treatment providers. If you are a professional seeking further training in the field of Eating Disorders, you may receive all the benefits of membership, but will not receive referrals until you have obtained more experience.

Professional Membership Benefits
MEDA's CTG (Connect to Growth) branch strives to educate and train Professionals around the intricacies of eating disorder treatment. MEDA is an environment where Professionals can gather to learn more from experts in the field of eating disorder treatment and share time together, building a network of peers. Our goal is to provide the tools and information for students and Professionals to better serve their clients.
Peer Supervision Groups
This service is offered to current Professional members and graduate students. Peer Supervision Groups enable Professional members to give and receive consultation around clinical issues and learn from one another.
Clinical Supervision
Professional members are offered the opportunity to consult with MEDA's Executive Director, Beth Mayer, about difficult clinical cases. Please call for fees and scheduling.
Networking with a Purpose
An opportunity for Professional members to get acquainted, share information and experiences, and learn from others in the field of eating disorders in an informal and educational setting. A different topic will be discussed by a guest speaker during each of the quarterly meetings.
National Conference
A day-long conference focusing on a variety of topics related to the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. This event provides the opportunity to learn more about new and different approaches to the treatment of eating disorders and network with other Professionals. Continuing education units are provided. Discounted rate for Professional members.
