More to Love Yoga

A body positive and HAES-informed yoga event with Rachel Estapa, founder of More to Love Yoga. More to Love Yoga is designed to help people of any experience/ability feel more connected and capable in their body. Each More to Love Yoga class weaves together foundational yoga postures and strikes a balance between ease and exploration of motion. The yoga style is gentle and accessible (via yoga props), yet offers opportunities for practitioners to deepen their experience.
The 60-minute class will contain the core elements of a well-rounded yoga class: centering, mindful breath, accessible movement, and concludes with relaxation and integration.
Core to More to Love’s foundation of body-acceptance, these classes integrate themes and perspectives of body positivity and holistic wellness.
