Brianna received her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health with a focus in Addiction Studies from Alvernia University and Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. Prior to this, Brianna worked with those living with substance use disorders, particularly with the adult and teenage populations. After completing her graduate level internship at MEDA in 2021, she has joined the team as a Clinical Intake Coordinator. During her graduate level internship, Brianna provided individual and group therapy to individuals living with eating disorders and strongly believes in a person centered, strengths based approach.

As someone who has fought for recovery herself, Brianna is very passionate about continuing to support others through the recovery process and help them develop courage and self-compassion. MEDA’s mission and vision strongly align with Brianna’s passion in supporting, educating, and advocating for individuals, families, and communities effected by eating disorders continues to grow and she is enlivened by the work in this field as well as being part of the MEDA team.
