I’m a Boston-based, New York-raised intuitive eating, weight-inclusive, and functional nutrition dietitian. I offer virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling to guide you through finding a more calm and comfortable relationship with food. I specialize in overcoming disordered eating, supporting eating disorder recovery, as well as finding the root of complex gastrointestinal issues.
