Jenna specializes in working with adults struggling with disordered eating, poor body image, low self-esteem, anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. She is board certified in biofeedback, and approaches treatment through a somatic lens, often working with clients on reintegrating safety back into their body. She is passionate about working with clients to deprogram from diet culture, and has over 9 years of experience in multiple mental healthcare levels of care within the field.
