Kara is a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, yoga teacher, and specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. She is also a culinary dietitian and has her own food blog, “The Foodie Dietitian”, where you’ll find fun, nourishing recipes and absolutely no diet talk, calories, nutrition facts, or guilt around food.
