Lehman Nutrition is a solo private practice where I aim to make nutrition therapy for eating disorders/disordered eating/weight and body concerns feel approachable. I prioritize getting to know the whole person and meet my clients where they are at, while also building trust and giving direct communication (with a side of humor!).
