About the Provider
Lehman Nutrition is a small group private practice where we aim to make nutrition therapy for eating disorders/disordered eating/weight and body concerns feel approachable. We prioritize getting to know the whole person and meeting our clients where they are at, while also building trust and giving direct communication (with a side of humor!). We offer a variety of services including nutrition therapy, supported meals, and cooking/grocery shopping support sessions.
