Erin provides nutrition therapy services for the continuum of disordered eating and body image concerns. She believes that full recovery is possible from the countless recoveries she has witnessed as a provider. She utilizes an evidenced-based non-diet approach along with Intuitive Eating, HAES, and Trauma-Informed principles. She has received advanced training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for ARFID, Body Image, Intuitive Eating, and Trauma-Informed interventions.
