Anita is a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Ahara Nutrition Counseling, a virtual nutrition practice serving clients ages 13+. She specializes in eating disorder recovery, chronic illness, intuitive eating and body image concerns. Anita takes a compassionate, collaborative approach to nutrition counseling, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to food or health. Her goal is to help clients build a more peaceful and flexible relationship with food while learning to care for their bodies without rigid rules or judgment. Anita meets clients where they are, with individualized support that considers the whole person and their unique experiences.
