About the Provider
Angela Veri Babuschak, MA, RDN, LDN is a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist who aims to offer a comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental environment whether tele-health or in-person as she guides her clients on their nutritional healing journey.
Her non-diet focused practice is based on the Intuitive Eating principles, mindful practices and a Health at Every Size (HAES®) philosophy. Angela’s specialties include working with those age 15+ who suffer with disordered eating behaviors, diagnosed eating disorders or feeding issues. Angela meets each client where they are physically, mentally and emotionally using evidenced based research as well as lived experience to support each individual on their recovery and nutritional healing path.
Angela Veri Babuschak graduated from Immaculata College, outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with both her BS in Nutrition and MA in Nutrition Education. She completed her didactic internship at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA and obtained the Intuitive Eating Counselor certification under the tutelage of Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN, CEDRD-S and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN, CEDRD-S, FAND. As a trauma informed nutrition therapist, she is trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic nutrition coaching. As a certified yin yoga instructor and meditation practitioner, Angela may incorporate these modalities into sessions if/when appropriate.
