I have been working as an eating disorders specialist for 30+ years. Developing a trusting and compassionate relationship with all of my clients is at the foundation of my work. I use an individualized and eclectic approach, as each person’s needs differ. I focus both on addressing and alleviating symptoms as well as understanding and healing root causes. Recovery is not a “quick fix,” and often a long term process.
