Together, we work on setting boundaries, practicing radical acceptance, and finding strategies to reduce stress and feel more in control of your life.

It’s a structured approach that can help you process distressing experiences, reduce anxiety, and see results more quickly. In my free time, I enjoy watching true crime documentaries, reading, yoga, exploring a new nature trail, and of course spending time with my daughter, husband, dog (Mabel), & cat (Chandler)!
