About the Provider
I have been a registered dietitian for over a decade, specializing in helping patients with disordered eating, chronic dieting, binge eating disorder, and body image. My work with patients centers on helping them find peace with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating (IE). I practice through the lens of Health at Every Size (HAES®), a paradigm that posits that bodies naturally come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and that all bodies are good bodies deserving of respectful care.

About the Provider
As an anti-diet dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor, I’m passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food. I am a champion for pleasurable, satisfying food and I believe that you deserve to eat free from guilt and shame. I feel strongly that healthy behaviors aren’t restrictive, and I believe respectful care for all bodies is essential. I recognize that access to adequate food and respectful healthcare are essential human rights.
My goal is to help people reconnect to the needs of their body through self-compassion, curiosity, and the practice of nonjudgmental exploration. My communication style is warm, empathetic and direct as we work to help you build trust in your body and heal your relationship with food.
I believe it is essential to practice inclusive care. I value learning from those with lived experience. I hope to create and provide a space that feels as welcoming and as safe as possible for all.

Located outside of Boston, Kathleen (she/her) grew up in Vermont. She has an undergraduate nutrition degree and a masters degree from Boston University in Nutritional Sciences. She has practiced as an RD in Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas, and is licensed to work in many states across the country.
Outside of counseling, Kathleen enjoys leisurely mornings (very rare these days!), the great outdoors, maple creemees, equal parts book reading and tv watching, and time with her partner and two children.

About the Provider
Asking for help is the first step in taking care of oneself; something that is very difficult to do. We often struggle with our thoughts and feelings and find ourselves using unhealthy behaviors in an effort to cope with everyday life. I believe that we all want to do better and feel better in our lives and in our bodies and that we can achieve this through a positive, nonjudgmental, therapeutic connection.
I specialize in eating disorders and offer my clients a space to hear themselves think and try to understand what drives their symptoms while encouraging them to self-nurture and discover who they are beyond their weight.
I invite you to reach out and let us figure out together, whether we might be a good fit to help you begin or continue your journey.
