About the Provider
*My practice is full and I am not able to take on new clients at this time.*
I’m passionate about helping clients heal their relationships with food and body, build self-esteem, and overcome difficult experiences while fostering a sense of connection and self-compassion. I have extensive experience treating eating disorders at multiple levels of care and have worked with a wide variety of co-occurring symptoms. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) oriented practitioner. My clinical practice is grounded in the belief that each individual holds the inherent intelligence and wisdom necessary for change. I view that my role as a therapist is to create a safe atmosphere that supports your natural impetus to grow and evolve. I offer a holistic approach that includes emotional, somatic, and cognitive processing and integration. In our work together, we can identify your most pressing concerns while exploring ways you can feel empowered to resolve them.
