I specialize in working with preteens, adolescents, and adults navigating eating disorders, using an individualized approach grounded in CBT, DBT, and harm reduction. Recognizing that recovery is rarely linear, I meet clients where they are while helping them build practical coping skills, increase flexibility, and feel more empowered in their recovery. I value collaborative, whole-person care and work closely with other members of a client’s treatment team when appropriate.
