About the Provider
I work with adolescents, young adults and adults who are struggling with a range of mental health concerns. I specialize in supporting individuals with eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. I take an integrative approach, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet the client’s individual needs and drawing from my experience as both a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and licensed art therapist (ATR).
I aim to help my clients achieve meaningful change with an eclectic combination including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), radically-open DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and enhanced CBT, motivational interviewing, and art therapy, among others.
Within this integrative framework, I hold a person-centered and trauma-informed lens and offer compassion, humor and directness to my clients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an essential foundation for growth and change, and I strive to create a space that is collaborative, warm, and accepting.

About the Provider
I am a dietitian and personal trainer specializing in sports nutrition as well as eating disorders and diabetes. I use my diverse background in nutrition, exercise, and mental health to help ages 13+ support their well-being while striving to reach their health and performance goals.
“How” we work together depends on the person and circumstance. For some, the work is focused on gaining knowledge and applying behaviors. For others, it may also involve exploring the impact of thoughts, beliefs, and relationships that impact how we navigate food and movement.
While the work we do can be serious, I enjoy bringing moments of energy and levity to the journey. The goal is to help people develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate food and movement in alignment with their values.
