Hope Hayes, MEd, RDN, LD, CEDS-C (she/her/hers) is an anti-diet dietitian, passionately committed to helping her clients in healing from eating disorders. In addition to her clinical work, Hope is a respected clinical supervisor, mentoring numerous dietitians specializing in the field of eating disorders. Her guidance and expertise help shape the next generation of professionals in this vital area of healthcare.
Hope owns Nourishing NH, which is a trauma-informed group of registered dietitians who specialize in sports nutrition and treating those with eating disorders. Hope and her team strive to create a safe space for all clients to feel a sense of belonging and connection.
