About the Provider
I have a special passion for eating disorder work. I may have years of formal education under my belt, but what I will never presume to know is how you “should eat.” I love helping people find an eating pattern that suits their needs, wants, and circumstances. I practice with a Health at Every Size® framework that allows you to explore your health values regardless of your body size.

Practically speaking, she is a trusted dietitian, listener, food coach, nutrition educator, and mentor. She enjoys helping her clients find peace with food.
