Eating disorder process/support group, run by Tori Cherry, LCSW, CEDS-C of Embodied Counseling
- A facilitated space that offers support and connection, because recovery happens in community. No formal diagnosis needed, if food or body stuff feels hard, you’re welcome here!
- Open to individuals 18+, all genders and bodies welcome
- $45/week (sliding scale spots available)
- Participants are asked to make 8 week commitment, with ability to “renew” for another 8 weeks and stay in group on an ongoing basis
- Takes place via Zoom from 6-7 pm CST on Wednesday nights
- Open to individuals living in IL, IA, and FL

I bring to groups my nearly 30 years of work in the field, a Somatic Experiencing (SE) trauma healing orientation, and enthusiasm for bringing people together to provide support and transformation. We heal and encourage healing best in connection and resonance with others.
My different group options include:
1) The No Diet Book Club (therapeutic book club), reading and taking deep dives into books related to recovery
2) Consultation and Supervision Groups for Nutrition Professionals
3) Consultation and Supervision Group for Clinicians in the Eating Disorders Field who are Recovered or In Recovery

I run two mixed gender psychotherapy groups. Members work actively and collaboratively on anxiety, depression, food and body image concerns, family dynamics, trauma, relationship longings and the obstacles that get in the way of living happy, fulfilled lives.
As of 11/8/23, I have 1 space available in each group. Groups meet weekly and are ongoing psychodynamic psychotherapy groups.

Meg Salvia Nutrition
MSN offers three nutrition groups to support recovery:
- Diabetes & Eating Disorders Support: Weekly small-group sessions for folks with diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, or related metabolic health concerns, facilitated by Meg Salvia, RDN, CDE, CEDRD-S.
- Nutrition & Recovery Group for College Students: This small-group, facilitated by ED RDs, offers a community of support for new college students or folks working on recovery goals while navigating on- or off-campus environments like dining halls or your first apartment with a kitchen.
- New this fall: Eating & Recovery Support During COVID: The goal of this group is to provide more support for those with or without ED diagnoses who are finding increased challenges around eating behaviors in the face of heightened stress and job schedules, including medical professionals, social workers, teachers, and others why may benefit from a supportive community in shoring up resilience in recovery.

DBT Groups
Dr. Yanina Blanchard – Virtual (see details below): Adult intensive DBT Skills Group
When
- Starting on Thursday March 7th 2024
- Hosted virtually via Zoom on Thursdays from 12 to 1:15 PM
- Fourteen week program
What
- Review all four DBT skills modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
- Each group session includes:
- Mindfulness practice
- Homework review
- Teaching of new skills
- Assignment of homework for the following week.
- Maximum of eight members per group
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Willingness to make a commitment for the full fourteen week program
- Complete an individual intake before the start day of the group
- Must be participating in ongoing individual therapy
- Participants must reside in MA
Cost
- This is a self-paid group. $1,200 for the program. Save $100 when paying full price, up front. Participants can also choose to pay in 4 monthly installments of $325.
- If you have Lyra Health as an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and your benefits include group therapy then this group is covered.
- Program includes:
- An initial individual sixty-minute virtual intake with Dr. Blanchard. The goal of the intake is to gather information about problem behaviors and develop individualized goals with each participant.
