Occurs on Tuesdays 7-8pm ET & Thursdays 12-1pm ET. Register on our Calendar to attend this free online recovery focused drop in support group. This is a peer support group moderated by a Masters Level Therapist or Graduate clinical intern. For ages 18+
Free Drop-in Group for Family and Friends
Occurs on Mondays 6-7pm ET. Register on our Calendar to attend this group designed for all loved ones of someone with an eating disorder. It is a place to connect to individuals, ask questions, and share in a supportive community. This is a peer led support group. For ages 18+
Hope & Inspiration
Hope & Inspiration is a free, monthly community event where an individual shares their recovery story followed by a Q&A and guided discussion. It generally occurs on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10-11am ET. You can register on our Calendar.

We also have an online Recovery Community and Community Connections Forums. There are several self-guided resources and recovery tools, along with moderated, topic-based forums to provide a safer space to connect with others in recovery. There is also a dedicated Community Connections Forums for family and friends.
