Hi! I’m Alyssa and I have a private practice on Cape Cod where I help people who struggle with eating disorders and disordered eating. My main goal is to help you improve your relationship with food, with your body, and with movement- however that makes best sense to you. I use a Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating lens. I firmly believe that everyone who struggles with an eating disorder has a very good reason for having one. I will support you as you uncover this reason and dismantle it at your pace.
