Maggie Sullivan

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment where you can feel supported to explore, process, and work toward your goals.
Since I began working in the mental health field in 2009, I have valued building relationships with my clients. I believe in creating a strong therapeutic alliance, where my clients feel empowered to identify their goals. I have worked in a variety of treatment centers at the residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. I have experience working in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders. I enjoy using a strengths based approach, alongside evidence based treatments such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
