About the Provider
I’m a therapist and nutritionist based in Roslindale with just over a decade in private practice. My approach is rooted in body liberation, fat acceptance, and intuitive eating. This path is the way out of a cycle of body dissatisfaction, shame and guilt, or the “diet rollercoaster”.
