About the Provider
Accepting new clients! Offering therapy services in Massachusetts (telehealth) and Florida.
“Sapientia” (sap-pen-tcha) is Latin for wisdom. My practice is built on the belief that everyone already has within them the resources to heal, grow, and thrive. Simply put, I use evidence-based interventions – primarily a therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to help people tap into that innate wisdom. With my support, clients heal themselves.
Reach out via email or phone to take the first step, or schedule a free 15 minute consult call through my website. I look forward to working with you!

About the Provider
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that draws from evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I incorporate a client-centered approach; which means I am interested in working with you as a full person, with a range of experiences, identities and values.
While using warmth, authenticity, and humor, it is important to me that I build your trust. I aim to establish a non-judgmental space where barriers to change can be explored. The goals of treatment are created collaboratively and with a consideration of your individual values and needs.
My expertise includes helping adults with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD. I utilize a size-inclusive, anti-diet and HAES oriented approach to working with all clients.
